From┬áDavid Lambert @ TV Shows on DVD:┬áBack in mid-2000, Artisan Entertainment (which bought up by Lionsgate in 2003) released a DVD set of Kindred: The Embraced – The Complete Vampire Collection, with all 8 episodes of the short-lived show which starred Mark Frankel, C. Thomas Howell, Kelly Rutherford, Patrick Bauchau, Stacy Haiduk, and Erik King. That item’s been out of print, though, ever since the home video rights of Spelling Television properties reverted back to CBS/Paramount a few years later. Today, however, Spelling and Paramount Home Entertainment announced a new October 22nd release of Kindred: The Embraced – The Complete Series on DVD. No details have been provided as of this writing, and we’re still waiting on package art as well. Stay tuned for updates!
